We had the good fortune of connecting with Debi Ronca and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Debi, what matters most to you?
This is a wonderful question.
To even move forward and leave an imprint and impact our lives and the lives of others, we need to operate each day in the core values and principles that are important to us personally.
These are our guides on how to respond in life, and will also act as our compass to remain true to ourselves.
My core values are integrity, honesty, trust, kindness/compassion, and truth.
As a Life Transition Coach, I need to be trustworthy for my clients to share their deepest pains, I must be honest in my evaluation and feedback and share what we discover together with a measure of truth and compassion.
My clients need to see my integrity in how I listen and handle their difficult issues and be confident that I am looking out to do what is best for them, remaining confidential and also bringing hope to their life.
Without these principles or core values, I can not be a valuable or impactful coach who will bring someone out of confusion or the feeling of being stuck to a place of wholeness and clarity.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a Life Transition Coach, who helps women embrace, grow, and be transformed by the purpose and power of the transitions in life that they experience. We are always closing one chapter of our lives and opening another, as transitions are the stories of our lives.
Transitions are like bridges in life that take us from where we currently are to the next season or direction in life.
It takes courage to step up on that bridge, and more courage as we encounter the “messy middle” where all of our fears, insecurities, self-doubt, and overwhelm present themselves. Going through my process called REAL is how I help women cross over this Transition Bridge and get to the other side in wholeness and clarity.
R- recognize the symptoms that we may not connect with being in transition, like prolonged frustration, anger, loss of passion,
burnout, stagnation and more.
E – evaluate the mindsets, limiting beliefs and even the wounds of life that can hinder our move to the next season or direction
A – align – learning of what to let go of and create a new action plan and habits for your next season
L – live it out in wholeness and clarity
What sets me apart, is that my process is unique and the women discover more about themselves in times of transition than any other time in life.
It took a lot of work to start the business as I wanted to study and be certified before I began, and I surrounded myself with other entrepreneurs in a Mastermind group where we learned and held each other accountable to grow and create our business. Best advice – don’t do this alone. You need the voice of others to give input and guidance to do it well.
I am so passionate about helping people with transitions, that I even started my own podcast called, The Transition Bridge Podcast which is now ranked globally in the top 10%. I am very proud of this effort, and my audience and my guests have been incredibly supportive.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout will go to my husband, Michael. He has always believed in me, and has been my greatest encourager of my gifts and talents.
Without him, I would not have had the emotional, mental, or financial support to start and grow my business.
He invested in me, because he believes in me and from this platform, I have been able to soar and realize my own God-given potential to make a powerful impact on someone else and their life.
