Deciding to start a business is an unusual decision. It’s often considered irrational and yet for many it’s the best decision they’ve ever made. So we asked folks to think back to when they were starting their businesses and to tell us about their decision making process.

We started Not Another Film Organization because we wanted to help grow and support the local film industry. We meet so many awesome, talented people at the local mixers and events and screenings, and we keep hearing about the same issues over and over: A lack of support and a lack of opportunities.
