We had the good fortune of connecting with Beth Parker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Beth, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
We impact the insurance industry by implementing quality service, our service impact is intentional and intimate. We are in constant pursuit of quality as it is the foundation to our mission. We believe in time, time that it takes to investigate properly, time that it takes acquire accurate information and the time it takes to follow up to empower our partners and clients with information that will empower them to make informed decisions in their best interest.
What should our readers know about your business?
It was never my true intention to be a business owner, It just happened! I began by helping others and with each person I helped I had a new person on my team. Before I knew it I had a staffing company and partners all over the USA. We remain humble and dedicated to quality movements, we put the client first and give our partners the space to grow and thrive. We are more focused on creating quality first experiences then expansion and money and I believe that is what sets us apart in the industry. Although there is a high need for what we do we understand quality is the essence of retention and client satisfaction therefore we put that first. It is not easy… quality is a deep word and our focus is is not just on our clients and partners but our team. Our business model is designed to help others become business owner’s and that involves a great deal of leadership training. Obstacles are daily and to overcome them is to remember your why and the why of each partner who has come to us for help. If you are the industry partner the challenge is to meet or exceed your needs/expectations and if you are the remote specialists your why is to achieve financial freedom and improve your home life. Along the way I have learned that you truly can put your mind forward in the direction of any dream you wish to see come to light. Setting your path daily in that direction produces results, its a series of choices and the choice is yours. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite thing to do is visit new places and try new appetizers and wine, I rate restaurants one a bite size scale. One of my all time favorite places to go is The Cheese and Chocolate Queen in Old Town Spring. Season is the shop owner and she has so many unique trinkets for sale as well as all the cheese and chocolate, pretzels, crackers etc.. You name it she has it there! Another hot spot is Whisky Cake, get the whisky cake! By the Glass has great live music. Prohibition Texas has a great view of OTS, Martinis and More has great live music as well, Erwin is the owner and bar tender so he makes each patron feel right at home. If your going down town I am a fan of Boheme’s and almost anything off Monroe’s, the area is just inspired and progressive so I dig it.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
This journey started with a little faith so first and foremost a shout out to God for being my true constant source of encouragement. My family for allowing me the space and time to grow this business with their support and to my team for believing in my vision and themselves.
