We had the good fortune of connecting with Pamela Mitchell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pamela, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Ms. Mitchell was motivated to start In-Class Solutions to bring technology to the classroom, and to offer students supplementals academic support.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
2013 – In-Class Solutions is Customized Tutoring and Hybrid Classroom.

In-Class Solutions offers high-quality instructional design, comprehensive course work, and premium project management, improving the instructional training to support students and teachers.

Ms. Mitchell is proud of the Hip-Hop Scholars Howard University’s Research “Award for Community Outreach and Education.” As educators, we work to create curriculums that are accredited and reviewed. Her career in education started at a Level 5 Special Education School in Washington DC, where majoriety of the students were too distracted to get the lessons.

Ms. Mitchell started In-Class Solutions to support students outside the classroom by developing hybrid modules that support their coursework in school.
