The world never stops changing and those changes often bring new challenges and opportunities. The first thing that comes to mind is entrepeneurialship! People are so used to big business i.e., government jobs, working retail, etc versus I own a business would you buy my products. People are afraid of failure versus If I’m working a 9 to 5, I know my check is coming on Friday and I have good benefits!

I think something that is changing and not fully transparent is mental health/taking time to work on yourself. There is a big trend right now (myself included) with SUV and van life dwelling. The idea of nomadic endeavors popping up all over Instagram, and Youtube. For a lot of people it looks like wanderlust vacationing, but what most don’t see is it is a wave of people choosing to LIVE. This last year my shift from doing more, too doing less has allowed me to really live in the moment. We often chase career check marks, salary goals, and social status quos that we all too often put ourselves on the back burner. What I think is is still not taken seriously enough though is that burnout is real, mental exhaustion is real, and depression can be a very real thing. It isn’t about saying yes to every shiny object opportunity, but rather asking is this in alignment to my higher self. Does this YES embody a heck yes, and allow me to still fill my cup. What I hope to share with the world is how it is OKAY to prioritize your own needs. & remind others that saying yes is also a tradeoff of saying no to something else.

I know the world is going all digital, less communication, more posts and likes. Everything now is online. We are becoming more and more isolated from each other. Many businesses are benefiting from, others are changing to adapt. However, I have noticed lately that more and more people are getting frustrated, almost tired of that. More and more people are searching again for the personalized service, for outdoor activities, and for human interaction. I think exploring that idea and act on it is worth it.
