We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Jordan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jasmine, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My reasoning for starting my own business resulted from a passion of protecting people. After working for an international insurance firm, I saw first-hand that the primary focus of insurance companies is not the people they insure, but the money that comes from them. I bore the responsibility of limiting plaintiffs’ claims to ultimately minimize the risk of insurance companies. This was heartbreaking and detrimental to my core because I knew people paid thousands of dollars for insurance coverage only to fight for that coverage when they needed it most.

I knew from that point on that it was my calling to advocate for those personally injured. Especially since people often lack knowledge on how to communicate with insurance companies. With my expertise, I help bridge the gap that often exists between insurance companies and those willing to take control of their lives and experiences.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is my unwavering dedication to my clients and my commitment to always providing them with the highest level of service possible. I take a personal interest in each and every one of my clients and their cases, and I am always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their success.

One thing that I am particularly proud of is my ability to mentor and train other attorneys in my field. I believe that it is important to share knowledge and experience in order to help others grow and succeed, and I am excited to be able to play a role in shaping the future of our profession.

Getting to where I am today business-wise was not easy, but it was certainly worth it. I started my career as an associate at a regional insurance defense firm, working my way up from the bottom to become a senior associate at an international insurance defense firm. While I was on the partner track, I realized that my core values were at odds with the work I was doing. That realization led me to start my own practice, dedicated to serving and advocating for those who have been injured. While doing this, I had to overcome many challenges along the way, including navigating the complexities of the legal system, managing a busy caseload, and building a strong reputation in my field.

To overcome these challenges, I had to stay focused on my goals and remain committed to providing the best possible service to my clients. I also had to be willing to take risks and to learn from my mistakes, which helped me to grow and improve over time.

One of the most important lessons that I have learned along the way is the value of hard work and dedication. Success in any field requires a lot of effort and perseverance, and it is important to stay focused on your goals and to never give up in the face of adversity. Additionally, I have learned the importance of staying focused, trusting the process, and never giving up. I believe in fighting for what I believe in, and that includes fighting for the rights and interests of my clients. I know the value of building strong relationships with my clients, colleagues, and others in my industry. By working together and supporting one another, we can achieve great things and make a positive impact on the world around us.

Overall, I am excited about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, and I am committed to continuing to provide the highest level of service to my clients and to mentor and train the next generation of legal professionals.
