Hi Alina, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
I feel like what has helped me to become successful is grounding myself. Learning what works best for my business. In beginning I really didn’t have a mentor so I had to learn how to balance out for me and my business. If you have someone that is genuine and willing to help with ideas for your business. Listen to them because you could always learn from someone who is experience. You will have mistakes along the way but those mistakes will turn into lessons. But this will teach you how to become successful in your business.

What should our readers know about your business?
BeautifullyGorgeous by Alina is a brand that I have built for myself. It’s a brand that I wanted all women to feel gorgeous and good about themselves as they walk out of my salon. I love meeting new people and interacting with them. In the beginning it was challenging and scary. I was afraid not making booth rent, how am I going to pay my personal bills, how am I going to afford paying for supplies, and etc. There was times I wasn’t too sure if this was for me. But I believe that God gives you an idea and you just have to trust in him to keep going. As I look back from today I am happy I took that leap of faith because now I have so many plans and ideas for my business. I want to help others grow in their businesses or even motivate them. I have learned it’s okay to help others that are genuinely wanting to grow. It’s never going to be easy and it’s not supposed to be. But I promise you will be proud of yourself once you get there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Honestly I couldn’t do this without God, my husband, and mom. They are the main ones that supported me from the beginning of my journey. I was afraid to go on my own but this year marks 5 years working for myself. My husband has always been my back bone to all the moves I make. I feel like I could run to him for anything I need or advice. My mom has been always there for me in any decisions I have made she has supported me from day one. I am blessed to have her.
