We had the good fortune of connecting with Anna Garrido and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anna, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued an artistic/creative career because I’ve always had a passion for creating anything and everything, the possibilities are endless. The things you can create with just one idea, subject or topic have no end and can never be wrong.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I follow so many amazing crafters on social media who I aspire to be as great as one day, but with there being endless possibilities I take a little bit of knowledge from everyone and make something thats coming from Jaam Custom Creations. I am no where close to where I wish I was in my business but I am also a mom of 2 first before anything else, so this journey and my goals are just taking a little longer to reach. I look back to when I first started and I think “Wow, I have come a LONG way. I have learned so many new things.” YouTube was a good friend of mine first starting out, and still is there are so many helpful crafters on there. Jaam Custom Creations with time will eventually be known far and wide, everything takes time and hard work.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people I can say that supported me starting out my business. The main person that always helped me try to find the one and main thing I was passionate about is my husband. Most of us know the start up is always the hardest through all the purchases and ideas I had he NEVER questioned or doubted me. My mom is my other big supporter my business has gained so many people because she is a top fan of my creations! I love you guys for all the nonstop support!
