Hi Antonia, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is stepping out in faith. In a world of uncertainty with COVID and I had a mentally unhealthy job, I knew I had to make important changes in my life. I started making my oil blend in 2017 and would sell to co-workers, family and friends. When COVID hit, my job became more stressful and mentally draining. After debating for almost a year, I tool a leap of faith and quit my job to really focus on my business. That was the absolute best decision of my life. I wanted to create a 100% natural hair and body oil experience that can be passed down through generations. An oil blend that is safe for women, men and children of all ages. I believe in life you will know and feel when it is the right time to make major changes, You just have to be brave enough to trust yourself and take that leap of faith.

What should our readers know about your business?
AMH Hair & Body is a 100% natural hair and body oil blend that is safe for women, men and children. I started making my oil blend in 2017 while pregnant with my daughter. I wanted to create a scentless oil blend that was multi-use and safe for your hair and skin. I began researching oils and experimenting with different blends. I ended up creating an oil blend that consists of 6 natural oils that add shine, soften skin, detangle hair, reduce hair breakage and reduce split ends. I started using this blend and shared it with my friends and family and they loved it! I had my baby and used the oil to do scalp massages then noticed it slowly eliminated her cradle cap. Since then I have created an Edge and Beard Oil that focuses on reducing breakage and adding shine to your beard and hair edges. I also created a Daily Conditioning Oil Spritz that detangles, adds shine and softens hair. You can pair AMH Hair & Body Oil products with any of your hair products for a healthy hair boost. All of my products are scentless so it will not alter the smell of any products it is added to. I am most excited about the many benefits of each oil used in the oil blend. Many women, men and children have different hair and skin needs and all types of hair and skin textures that need attention. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would visit the beautiful Florida beaches with soft white sand and beautiful blue water. We would have lunch at Grills Tiki Bar on the water and enjoy the good music and indulge in the many seafood options while enjoying the nice ocean breeze. Then for evening activities, we will go out to Downtown Orlando to visit Wall Street Plaza then enjoy one of the many comedy clubs. During the week we can take time for self care and book a massage and facial at the Hand & Stone Day Spa. Long walks and self reflection are a must as well.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out a book that I read that changed my life. The Artists Way by Julia Cameron. This book will encourage you to find your life’s purpose and help you tap into your inner desires and dreams. This book encouraged me to date myself, remember my childhood passions, follow my dreams, meditate and strengthen my spirituality and relationship with God. It gave me the tools I needed to create a successful business. I used to always get overwhelmed with my daily life and tasks with little to no time to myself to fully focus on my business. The Artists Way has a task you do every single day, as soon as you wake up, before you start your day, write 3 full pages of whatever is on your mind. Just let the pen flow. Has to be 3 full pages. If you have nothing to write, then write that and something else will flow. By doing this, this cleared the clutter in my head and allowed me to focus on daily tasks successfully and helped me create the time to dedicate to AMH Hair & Body Oil. I will be forever grateful for this book.
