We had the good fortune of connecting with APRIL FLOWERS and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi APRIL, what inspires you?
Aa a creative leader, I am inspired by beauty. Beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder. Beauty is an esquite quality and power to trasport that feeling into other people by touching their soul and making them happy.

So, I am inspired by helping people reach their maxim amount of beauty. And, when I see them paying it forward to make a other feel beautiful, my job is done.

Beauty can be unique, unconventional and fabulous. I challenge everyone to find their own beauty.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Please tell us more about your art. I am a creative with music, song, modeling, runway, fashion and TV hosting.

We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, I believe it is my ability to work as the aa a performer and producer with creative coordinator or designer for fashion shows.

what you are most proud of or excited about. Laat year, I worked as a TV host, was featured on the local news twice, was published in three magazines and was on the board of two major fashion shows in Kansaa City.

How did you get to where you are today professionally.

I had to pay dues and I am still paying dues. You have to learn the trade and practice makes perfect. I strive to add a twist or fresh approach to every performance.

Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?

I count each win and failure as a possibility to learn. I keep pushing, regaedless of obstacles. I know that I am working for the beneifit of others and that is important.

What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way.

Always keep going and reinventing yourself. You will eventually reach you.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I really enjoy the Houston Galleria area. You will find festive friends, fantastic food, and fabulous food…like the Oceanaire Seafood Room. I love shopping and love the Galleria area.
