We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, what’s your definition for success?
Success, for me, is less about external accolades such as wealth, fame, or recognition, and more about internal satisfaction and balance. It’s about pursuing passions and excelling in what you love, which naturally leads to proficiency and joy in one’s endeavors. Additionally, success involves cultivating and cherishing relationships with loved ones, creating a supportive and loving environment. This comprehensive approach makes for a truly successful life, rooted in personal fulfillment and happiness.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
If I had to give a shoutout to someone who has been instrumental in my journey, it would definitely be Gabriela Perossio, the owner of OC Custom Window Treatments in Orange County, CA. Gabriela and I have shared years of close collaboration, learning, and growing together in the field of custom window treatments. Her endlessly positive attitude not only encouraged me but also inspired me to start my own business. Remarkably, we took the leap into entrepreneurship at the same time, which allowed us to experience this adventure side by side, learning from each other and being each other’s biggest cheerleaders. I am forever grateful for her friendship and the support that has made such a significant impact on my professional life and personal growth.
