We had the good fortune of connecting with B8ker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi B8ker, what role has risk played in your life or career?
In this generation, taking risks is something that every man has to do in order to not only provide for himself but for his loved ones. I learned in the latest stages of my career that all risks you take are lessons but only calculated risk leads you closer to success.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What excites me the most is the individual tasks that the team has focused on to help us complete a goal as a collective. I got to where I am today through God and Sacrifice and we all know nothing is easy because I’m still not where I want to be. Lessons I learned through my journey are to be open, and that a real leader carries his people. I want the world to know that it is possible to achieve any goal you set your mind to, and there’s no such thing as dreams only hard work and manifestation.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would start off with Fellini Gelato & Caffe located in Memorial City, and make our way to the skate park located on Chimney Rock. For lunch, we would head to my favorite spot Sparkles Burger & Daiquiri on Emancipation Ave. After recharging and cleaning up from the long day, we headed to uptown Houston to do everything possible till 4 in the morning. I love the city at night as a whole.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to Shoutout my Mom most of all because she has been my biggest supporter mentally over the years because we’ve both been through a lot.
