We had the good fortune of connecting with Blessing Akindele and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Blessing, how does your business help the community?
My content creating business brings one of these two; laughter or knowledge.

I ask myself why I want this type of content while I plan the vision of my post. Therefore, I ensure my posts on my Youtube channel bring joy to the viewer or/and teach them about an application or household DIY I have used for a while.

My intention is for my viewers to adopt whatever skill/method is most beneficial to them.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a content creator on both Youtube and Instagram. I am excited that many of my viewers have watched me grow my craft from nothing to what it is now.

It took me a while to realize I needed to stick to a niche, and I sincerely didn’t want to because I pride myself on being a Jill. A Jill of many trades.
I have also learned that consistency and hard work would do more for you than talent.

I love sharing stuff I love. Bringing that to people across different locations and demographics is a joy that I cannot explain.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am one with the beach. A perfect hangout is a late lunch, a walk on the beach and sipping on mocktails/cocktails while the sunsets.

Three of my favourite beaches in Malaysia are Tioman Island, Langkawi and Port Dickson. Every Malaysian tourist must visit at least one of these tourist attraction beaches for a relaxed evening.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
For the past ten years, my partner, Moses visuals, has been an essential part of my journey. My parents and friends have also been very supportive. I would be nowhere without them.
