Hi Brent, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To create generational wealth, independence and freedom for myself and family. In doing so, did my research. I wanted to to make sure I understood the industry Ill be involved in so I can dominate. …

I then determine my audience. …I created a mission , I then built my structure …I mapped out my finances, while learning and ensuring I understood my tax burden, I reviewed all the risk to understand what they were, and I then created a business plan.

Dexterity Talent Agency was founded in 2016 in Houston, Texas. Our mission is to create charismatic singers and models and groom them for meteoric success. We are a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.

Our company has assembled some of the best in the entertainment and media industries to help develop savvy talent. We accomplish this by pairing our performers with coaches who have decades of industry experience. And, we consult with social trendsetters with a pulse on current trends. In addition, our models work with professionals with ties to Fashion Week in New York and Paris. While our artist works with Grammy Award Winning and Platinum selling producers.

Our road was not easy, full or twist and turns ,but we as an organization remained rooted in GOD and remained focused to ensure we achieved our end goals. We overcame obstacles by facing our challenges head on and with a smile, despite whatever it was! The top TEN lessons we learned along the are : one -to walk our own path, to create our our trail, two-to not hesitate when we should act, three-to teach from experience and what we have learned, four-knowing that GREAT things, dont come easy ( or cheap, lol)…five- take care of your mental health, six- live and let live, seven-make every moment count, eight-never fail to try more, nine- FORGIVE, FORGET but remember its cause and its effect and finally ten-walk by faith and not by sight as GOD is always in control…

I want the world to know that my mission is to help develop undiscovered yet raw, versatile singers, actors and models while grooming them for meteoric success. I aim to ensure that our talent earns maximum exposure, learn essential skills to be successful in all they do in life while achieving wealth beyond their wildest dreams. I want every inspired talented individual to know that you dont have to come from wealth or have alot of money to be successful.

For we have created a home like, loving and warm atmosphere that showcased our belief in your talent. “We Polish, You Shine.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Placed to go would consist of well various matters. I would take them to meet some of our celerity friends in their personal club, studios and or to a few private performances or events. Take them to a game like the Houston rockets or Astro, take them to dinner at any place they desired in the city…maybe check out the Menil collection, the Hobby Center to catch a play or act or show, maybe hit Galveston, Minute Maid park, Toyota Center, Miller Outdoor theater, Kema Board Walk, may hit San Antonio or Dallas as well, while in day for a day trip to see other things.

SHOUT out to the LORD and SAVIOR Jesus Christ. My family ( mom, dad, brother, sister, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews), GOD parents and sibling, teachers, mentors, BEST FRIEND, co-workers and all others who supported me on this journey!
