Hi Brianna, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Staying organized and being punctual with my schedule has been the key to my success. I also take pride in having consistency with my work.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My name is Brianna Zink, Realtor® at Stanfield Properties. What sets me apart from other Realtors is my motivation, as well as my personal experience with home buying and investing. I also know the Friendswood/Pearland area like the back of my hand.

After graduating Texas A&M, I was a stay at home mom for 8 years, but I had wanted to become a Realtor for about ten years. As a mom it’s hard to do things for yourself so I am proud of myself for actually doing it! I love the day to day challenges that come with being a realtor.

One important lesson I have learned is marketing! Marketing goes a long way in the real estate business and having a local presence has really helped me.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Houston has some of the greatest restaurants in the world! The original Ninfa’s on Navigation is one of my go to recommendations. They have some of the best fajitas you can find! Their margaritas are also phenomenal!

I also love to visit The Rustic for some good old country music, drinks, and outdoor games. Haak Winery in Santa Fe is also super fun for a girls trip.

Me and my family also love going down to Galveston for the day. The crab stuffed shrimp from Gaido’s never disappoints! We also always make a trip to La Kings on the strand for candy and the best chocolate malts you can find.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family has been super supportive of me from the start. I also attribute my work habits to the many skills I learned during my time at Texas A&M. The time that I’ve been at Stanfield Properties has been great and the support they provide me in my business has been unmatched.
