We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryan Bonilla and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own business stems from a deep drive for financial freedom and a desire to help others achieve their goals. Growing up, I was inspired by my father, who is a business owner. His mindset and work ethic taught me the value of perseverance and entrepreneurship. At just 20 years old, I’ve committed myself fully to real estate while pursuing a degree in Business Administration. These dual roles help me stay sharp, balancing theory with real-world practice. My ultimate aim is to empower others—whether by guiding them to their dream homes or helping aspiring entrepreneurs build their own paths to success.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Business is undoubtedly a challenging industry, but it’s also one of immense growth and opportunity. What sets me apart is my commitment to constantly learning and embracing the lessons that come from mistakes. I’ve realized that being open-minded and receptive to help from others is crucial. I’m especially proud of building my real estate brand as a young entrepreneur, all while being a first-generation college student from immigrant parents.

My journey hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned that perseverance and a willingness to adapt are key. I want the world to see my story as proof that success is possible, no matter your background. My goal is to not only help people find their dream homes but also inspire them to become the best version of themselves. Through my brand, I aim to show others that with hard work and the right mindset, they too can achieve greatness.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting, we’d spend most of our time in downtown Dallas, where there’s so much to do. We’d start with Klyde Warren Park for some food truck bites and a relaxed vibe, then head to Reunion Tower for skyline views. We’d dive into the arts at the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center, then grab some Texas BBQ at Pecan Lodge or Terry Black’s. Deep Ellum would be a must for its street art, craft beer, and live music, while Bishop Arts District offers great boutique shopping and dining at spots like Eno’s Pizza Tavern. For something more active, we’d kayak at White Rock Lake or stroll across the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge at sunset. And, of course, we’d catch a game or tour at AT&T Stadium if possible. Downtown Dallas has everything you need for a great time—amazing food, rich history, and an unbeatable vibe.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout goes first to my father. From the beginning, he’s been my biggest influence, teaching me the principles of business and instilling a strong work ethic. His guidance laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey. I’d also like to give credit to the book Think and Grow Rich, which has been pivotal in shaping my mindset and helping me understand the importance of a solid mental framework in business. Lastly, I draw a lot of inspiration from David Goggins. His teachings on pushing past limits and staying mentally tough have been incredibly motivating as I navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.
