We had the good fortune of connecting with Carlos Rosales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carlos, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Being able to listen to my clients and their specific needs. I do my best to make every job as close as possible to my clients vision.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I love my city of Houston, Texas. In my humble opinion it is the best city in the world. I do my best to do quality work every single time. I don’t take shortcuts because I want my work to speak for it’s self. That’s the best advertisement you could have.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take my best friend to the downtown aquarium. Then go upstairs to the restaurant and enjoy a nice meal together. We would finish it off with chocolate for dessert. Afterwards I would probably take my best friend to the NASA space center because I love space, maybe one day if I’m lucky I can go to Mars with Elon musk and Jeff bezos. Lol.

Other places I would take them to is to see the bats come out of the bat cave, kemah board walk, the museum of natural science and maybe even go for a nice bicycle ride down stude park.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My father. Carlos Rosales, Sr. He started this business 20+ Years ago. Investing every penny he had into a dump truck and a back blade tractor. We lived in an apartment complex in the Houston heights on E 9th st. He would have to park the equipment in the apartments parking lot. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t know all the things I know today about how to run this business.
