Meet Cassandra Love Lambert | Best Selling Author, Somatic Transformation Coach & Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cassandra Love Lambert and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cassandra Love, how does your business help the community?
My work centers on helping women process unresolved trauma—both the experiences they have personally endured and the generational patterns that have been passed down through families for decades.
As more darkness comes to light in our world—particularly around the widespread realities of sexual abuse and human trafficking—we are collectively becoming more aware of the profound and lasting impact these violations have on survivors, their families, and entire communities. Yet awareness alone is not enough. Survivors need pathways to heal.
Through my signature Pain into Power Process, I support women in reclaiming the sense of power, safety, and self-trust that is often stripped away through abuse. One of the most painful patterns many survivors face is repeatedly finding themselves in unhealthy or abusive relationships later in life. Without healing the trauma stored in the nervous system and body, these cycles can continue for years.
The work I do helps women gently process those experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inherent worth and inner authority. When a woman heals, the impact extends far beyond her own life. She shows up differently in her relationships, in her work, and most importantly, in how she raises and supports the next generation.
This is where the ripple effect begins.
By helping women transform their pain into power, we create the possibility for their children to grow up in environments rooted in awareness, safety, and emotional health—rather than inheriting unprocessed trauma. In this way, healing one woman has the potential to change the trajectory of an entire family line.
That is the deeper social impact of my work: breaking generational cycles and helping create a future where women and their children are empowered, regulated, and free to live from their full potential.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is that I am deeply committed to growth—both my own and my clients’. I’m constantly learning, training, and implementing new somatic and trauma-informed approaches so I can bring the most effective practices to the women I work with.
I also care deeply about my clients. When someone comes into my world, they are not entering a cold or transactional environment. It’s a space of genuine care, safety, and attentiveness. I often say it’s like coming under the wings of a mother hen. I’m meticulous and present with the women I support because this work requires trust, compassion, and a deeply held container for healing.
I’m especially proud of my memoir, Into the Light: Becoming My Own Hero, which became a bestseller in multiple Amazon categories and was nominated for the International Impact Book Awards. Writing that book was one of the most vulnerable and courageous things I’ve ever done, and it has become a powerful way for people to understand the deeper “why” behind my work.
My journey into this business was far from easy. I became a single mom and essentially had to rebuild my life from scratch. For many years I ran a successful face and body art and makeup business, but during the pandemic I felt a strong calling to pivot into deeper healing work and become a trauma-trained somatic transformation coach.
There were many moments where the odds felt stacked against me, but I kept following the quiet nudges of my intuition. My daughter has always been my “why,” and staying connected to my faith and purpose helped me move through the hardest seasons.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter what cards you’re dealt in life—you can transform your pain into power. That belief is at the heart of everything I do. My story shows that even when life feels impossibly heavy, there is always a path forward.
Today, my mission is to help other women reclaim their power, heal the trauma they’ve carried for years, and create lives that feel safe, aligned, and truly their own.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I’d want to give them a mix of the best things this area offers—fun city adventures, amazing food, art, nature, and a little beach time.
We would definitely start in downtown Houston with a trip to the Houston Zoo and the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Both are incredible and there’s always something fascinating to see. Afterward we’d find a fun, trendy restaurant nearby to grab a great meal and soak up the city vibe.
Another day would be dedicated to playful art experiences like the Color Factory Houston and the Balloon Museum Houston. They’re full of immersive art installations and colorful rooms—perfect for having fun and capturing some amazing photos.
Closer to home, I love taking people to Market Street and the The Woodlands Waterway. There are so many fantastic restaurants and fusion food spots, and it’s such a beautiful area to stroll around in the evening.
Of course we would have to make a trip to Galveston to walk through the boutiques, explore the historic areas, and spend some time at the beach.
And to balance all the city fun, I’d take them out for a peaceful hike in the forests around The Woodlands. There’s something really grounding about being surrounded by the trees there—it’s one of my favorite ways to reset and reconnect with nature.
For me, the perfect week would be a blend of art, food, nature, and adventure—and Houston and The Woodlands have such a great mix of all of it.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost, I am deeply grateful for my daughter. She is my why for everything I do. I love her more than words can ever express. She has been my answered prayer, divine intervention, and greatest teacher.
My journey has also been shaped by so many incredible people who believed in me, supported me, and encouraged me along the way. I actually dedicated an entire acknowledgment section in my memoir, Into the Light: Becoming My Own Hero, to the many individuals who helped bring that dream to life.
I’m deeply grateful to my “Into the Light Angels” and the friends and mentors who championed the book and my work. I also want to recognize Ramonda Jankunaite and Women Thrive Media for helping propel my book forward and for allowing me to begin writing it and turn a long-held dream into reality.
I’m thankful for the mentors, teachers, and healing practitioners who have supported my growth along the way—from PSI Seminars and my therapy and EFT communities to the coaches and spiritual teachers who helped shape both my healing and my leadership.
And finally, I am incredibly grateful to my clients and community who trust me with their stories and healing journeys. Their courage to do this work continues to inspire me every day.
