We had the good fortune of connecting with Chloe Hargrove and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chloe, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Before starting my business, my work life balance did not exist. I would work and sleep and take care of my son. I would not even have a moment to unwind from the day. Now that my schedule and work are in my own hands I have never been happier. I feel more enthused, motivated, and hard-working as ever. Every day can be productive at any time but to be able to add in moments of relaxation and me time makes a world of difference. Happiness is my priority and if I cannot accomplish that, I will transition which is exactly what I did.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is called Brow Down. I specialize in all things BROWS. I have several services including, but not limited to, micro blading, ombre shading, combo brows, brow lamination, shaping, and tinting. I am dedicated to delivering a transformed, but natural brow. I offer a comfortable experience with a lot of care for your brow goals. I am very excited to introduce brow products in the near future while in the mean time making women and men feel beautiful and confident with their new brow look. I got here today with a lot of research and questions asked. I surround myself around like-minded people with whom I can bounce ideas and get inspiration. I simply invested in myself. It has not been easy and there were plenty of obstacles to tackle, but I believe that if you want something bad enough you will get it. Some days I have wanted to give up but instead I found ways to tackle the issue step by step until it no longer exists. Along the way I have learned that having support can make or break you and that sometimes fake love exists but you can not let others discourage you from accomplishing your dreams. I want everyone to know that your faith has to be bigger than your fear. You cannot be successful if you don’t even try. Also, please know that money is not nearly as important as your happiness and health.
