We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Thomas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chris, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Basically how can I go about attracting more people to my music. Making it more simple for people to find my music to listen to and to buy.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a music musician, music producer and music engineer. The thing that sets me apart from many other producers is that I actually play the instruments I use in my production such as drums, keyboard, bass and a little guitar. I’m proud of the fact that I don’t have to call on people to play a instrument if and when I need it on a production track. If I need to with would probably be guitar. I am also proud of the results of being consistent with workflow and work ethic. I’ve got to this point from being consistent with producing, taking notes on bettering my craft by listening to music out on main stream that’s current and staying relevant as a producer. As we all know in life nothing ever comes easy doing something that takes time perfecting. A lot of my challenges came when I was pushed to produce something that was out my comfort zone, making sure I had the sounds and instruments to produce a certain track for an individual. That alone can be challenging knowing it’s a time frame on getting the music done.
I’ve learn to stay consistent with producing and stay on top of your craft. That comes with listening to other music out currently.
I want the world to know that I am out here to provide good music production to anyone who wants to listen to it. I also provide good customer service.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Lol to be honest I’m not the guy to give a little itinerary on where to go in Houston. I don’t go out much. I’m a family guy and I’m mainly working and with my family.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Big major Shoutout to my wife Brittany for being a great friend, for helping me to grow mentally, spiritually and also for being a team player!!

Also I would like to give a shout out to my Team of producers known as “KEYKARTEL”. ( YungRomo, JFever, Jayhitem, 6Points). These individuals I definitely take notes from and they also push me to be a great music producer.
