Hi Christian, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Absolutely! Starting my own business was a natural progression for me. I had the privilege of being involved in my family’s business from a young age, taking on responsibilities as a bookkeeper under my father’s guidance. This experience instilled in me a deep understanding of the intricacies of running a company.

I witnessed firsthand the impact a well-managed business could have, not only for its own growth but also for the larger community. It became my aspiration to extend that level of expertise and support to other small business owners. I strongly believe that when these businesses thrive, they contribute significantly to the prosperity and vitality of our economy, enriching communities and adding value to America as a whole.

This desire to empower and assist fellow entrepreneurs drove me to start my own business. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise, enabling other businesses to succeed and make their mark in the world.

A pivotal incident involving a prior accountant’s betrayal and the resulting financial turmoil my foreign-born father faced due to misplaced trust taught me a critical lesson. This experience propelled me to establish a firm rooted in a “help-first” mentality.

My aim is to prevent situations where individuals are taken advantage of due to a lack of awareness. Absolutely! A week-long trip to Houston with my best friend would kick off with a leisurely round of golf at Hermann Park Golf Course, soaking in the lush greens and enjoying a relaxed morning. Post-golf, we’d head over to Joey Uptown near the Galleria for a delightful meal, savoring the diverse cuisine or exploring one of our local Houston-based restaurant clients to support and indulge in some fantastic food.

To wind down the day, we’d venture to a cozy cigar lounge or a laid-back wine bar, where we can unwind, engage in meaningful conversations, and savor the moment. Houston offers an eclectic mix of options, and spending time at these spots would capture the essence of the city’s vibrant culture and leisurely pace, making for an enjoyable and memorable experience with a dear friend!

Absolutely! My shoutout for the pivotal role in my success goes to two indispensable components: my Brother and Father, Emmanuel Onyemem and Emmanuel Jr Onyemem. They provided me with invaluable insights into the world of business, laying the foundation for my approach to tax and accounting for small to mid-sized businesses. Growing up in a family that owned a medical clinic, I gained real-world expertise that I now leverage daily in my profession.
