We had the good fortune of connecting with Damon Ojeda and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Damon, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business came down to one thing. Transparency. Being in the energy industry for 11 years and working for multiple firms. I realized the most important aspects of my business was to be transparent and educating the customer.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
It all started 12 years ago as a young athlete with multiple injuries with no chance of ever being the same, ultimately forcing me to find another way. Along the way I was mentored and schooled in the laws of leadership and sales. The lesson I learned was a hard one. I had four different firms run me off just to keep my futures commissions. The last one did it right before my daughter was born in 2021. It was a hard time in my life which caused me to lose everything and start over. 1 year later here we are thriving and happier than ever.

The biggest challenge we faced was finding energy companies that would pay us up front commissions. Most of them would only offer residual payment. Until I secured an agreement with NRG and Freepoint. Now we have a hand full of suppliers that allow us to sign contracts 18 months before the contract starts and receive a 12 month payment which pays the following month after the deal is closed. We then secured a residential agreement that pays weekly.

All Inclusive Energy is full service residential and commercial consulting firm. We have contracts with 12 energy companies along with the largest energy companies in the world. What we do is analyze your energy consumption and find a plan that caters to the customer’s energy usage. Once you are signed with us we start shopping up to 18 months in advance for your next agreement. This allows us to prevent increases. Ultimately securing the customer’s energy budget. Lastly we become your direct line for customer service. Our commercial customers do not ever have to call customer service again.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A week long tour would include Discovery Green, Luka’s BBQ & Steakhouse, gymsession at Houston Explosive Fitness, My Church The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Mia’s Table, Be More Pacific. We have a baby and our life consists of Family Church and our business mostly.
