We had the good fortune of connecting with Danielle Hunt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danielle, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted an outlet where I could be creative, and be my own boss. I feel most empowered knowing that I am the one behind everything that happens with my brand.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from other content creators is that my sole focus is sports and gameday. The sports and gameday influencer niche is different from the mainstream and is mainly lifestyle but I love to showcase everything that comes with gameday. Fashion, food, news, EVERYTHING. You name it, I cover it. What I’ve learned as time goes on is that, with anything, trial and error will bring success. I always find ways to reinvent myself with The Sports Brat and try new things.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Pregame at The Rustic, head to a Rockets game and then post game dinner or drinks at Foundation Room or Steak 48, depending on the vibe we’re going for.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out Jessica Bidonde (Ceresino), She’s the one that gave me the platform to do what I do and be the Brat!
