We had the good fortune of connecting with Danny Alvarez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danny, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born in South Houston and grew up alongside three siblings in a tight-knit family. My mom and dad were both bakers, and they instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep sense of perseverance. Growing up, I had little exposure to the mortgage or financial world, but as I got older, I realized how important it is to have that knowledge, especially for first-time homebuyers. This realization drove me to take it upon myself to learn everything I could about the industry. Now, I’m passionate about educating first-time buyers in my community and the surrounding areas. I feel a strong sense of responsibility to help others navigate this complex world and achieve their dream of homeownership.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets us apart is simple, we get it done. We focus on reliability and follow-through, ensuring that both the realtor and the buyer reach the finish line. In an industry where it’s sometimes hard to get a lender on the phone, we’re different we’re always available to our clients. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I myself am very outgoing, and need to know spots in Houston due to my line of work, if a borrower is moving to a specific area then i like to recommend something nearby to make them feel welcome,

Weekends, i like going up to Crosby, TX, and getting dirty and the Xtreme Mud Park,

Other than that, hit downtown and get some crazy food from one of their many food trucks, cant go wrong with anything they serve there.

Nightlife is also amazing here, if you’re into that sort of thing

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Definitely my brother, Jose Alvarez who is also an industry leading loan officer in Houston. The kind of knowledge and education that he has taught me over these 4 years has been priceless. Definitely would not be where i am without him.
