We had the good fortune of connecting with David Noh and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi David, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
At an early age my parents instilled in me a sense of service,  so I’ve always felt my purpose was to help others. I’ve always wanted to make a difference no matter how big or small, but for the longest time I didn’t know how to. As I learned more about CBD and tried it personally for my own issues, I was able to see how it could benefit others. After doing more research about the industry and finding a highly reputable company with quality products, I could not wait to share it with others! In addition, my parents were small business owners for 30+ years. Growing up, I always wanted to own a business as well so opportunity collided as I was going through a career change.Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Your CBD Store Katy is locally owned & operated, but is part of the largest network of brick-and-mortar retail CBD stores in the US and worldwide (over 600 stores)! I’m proud to be a part of this brand that cares about the quality of its products (one of few that is USDA Certified Organic) and has won numerous awards at the USA CBD Expo & Cannabis Cup. We’re not just another CBD store looking to push as much product as possible and giving up quality due to costs. I’d consider us a “plant science” company that focuses on product quality, education, and providing an overall great experience. There have been many obstacles, but that comes with any business. Each step of the way, a new challenge arises that I could not have predicted from the beginning. It is an ongoing learning experience, but we continue to push forward. Who doesn’t enjoy a new challenge? 🙂 We’d like everyone to know we do keep your best interests in mind and truly looking to help. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in the Katy area and am still exploring Houston, but these would be a few things I recommend! Outdoors: Hermann Park, Memorial Park, Discovery Green, Museum District, Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk Food/Drinks: Viet-cajun crawfish, Chinatown (Bellaire Blvd), Midtown, Washington Ave, any brewery

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First I’d like to thank my family. My wife Phuong who has been my support system through all the ups and downs and helped me get to where I am today. My parents for raising me the way they did and allowing me to pursue my passions in life. I’d also like to thank the local community and all of our customers. We would not be here today without their continued support.
