Hi Derrica, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“The only person i need validation from is me” that quote is my favorite because you have to have tunnel vision you have to believe in yourself, clap for yourself and you have to be confident it’s all up to you.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I came as far as i came in business by having faith and taking risk. Taking a risk is very hard but necessary when i opened my salon i saved just a little bit of money, i went broke but i just worked harder and kept faith. Faith is what kept me going if i didn’t have faith and belief my business would not be standing as of today. I learned you have to be patient because the ideal success is not built over night. It takes consistency it takes you being uncomfortable and most importantly you have to take risk.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would go to the spa castle and get a massage just go relax. My favorite thing to do these days is to relax

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My strengths faith and beliefs wouldn’t be possible without god but i learned alot attending ogle cosmetology school i became very close with my instructors they believed in me on my entire journey it felt really great to receive that type of support from complete strangers.
