Hi Destenii, how does your business help the community?
My business helps the community because it helps to educate minorities on the value of ownership and generational wealth. Most times minorities do not know they can own a home or even a multi family property. But, with the right information and resources that my team provides we make it possible to own at any stage of life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is geared towards turning renters to homeowners especially in the lower socioeconomic communities. I have got to where I am by creating a plan and having discipline to stick to it. it is so many people that do not know that they can own homes because they dont have the resources or the knowledge to dive into this. For me Real Estate is the stepping stone of building generational wealth. The lack of knowledge and access to resources has set minorities behind, and I am trying to bridge that gap.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my Mother. She helped me understand the importance of being able to own a home and the power it held. My journey to homeownership with the help of my mom, unlocked a new passion, that allows me to help others understand the value of creating generational wealth.
