Meet Dyanna Aguero

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dyanna Aguero and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dyanna, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Without a doubt—God. Every step of this journey has been rooted in faith. When things got hard, and I felt like I was at rock bottom, it was my relationship with God that kept me moving forward. I’m blessed to have a strong support system filled with people who are grounded in faith and constantly remind me to keep my priorities straight: God first, family second, and then business.
Texas Stampede Meat was born out of a health challenge, and prayer was at the heart of our decision to pursue this path. From the very beginning, God has provided—ideas, opportunities, guidance, and strength—and He continues to provide every single day. Our success is not just a business story; it’s a faith journey.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Texas Stampede Meat was born from a conversation, a health scare, and a leap of faith.
We are an online meat market focused on delivering high-quality beef that’s grass-fed, grain-finished, and completely free of chemicals, antibiotics, and hormones. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to faith, health, and transparency. We firmly believe that God did not create us to consume chemicals—and that belief drives every decision we make. Our animals are raised the way nature intended—roaming freely and feeding on nutrient-rich pastures—which results in meat that’s not only healthier, but more tender, flavorful, and satisfying than anything you’ll find in a typical grocery store.
One of the things we’re most proud of is our pricing. We’ve built our model to ensure we can offer premium, clean meat at reasonable prices—regardless of what’s happening in the economy. Everyone deserves access to wholesome, high-quality food. This isn’t just a business for us; it’s a mission. We want to lead a movement that brings real, farm-fresh food back into our homes and onto our tables.
What excites me most is the opportunity to bring the basics back to health. Yes, technological advancement has its place, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of our well-being. Farmers across the country have shown that it’s possible to grow food the right way—without all the shortcuts, chemicals, and synthetic additives. You just have to know where to look. And I’m proud to say the farms we partner with share the same vision and values. Without all the unnecessary chemicals, food simply tastes better—and it’s better for you.
Our journey began during the pandemic, when my mother experienced a heart issue. I moved back home to support her, and that experience changed everything. As someone who had always been health-conscious and detail-oriented (thanks in part to my background in corporate America), I began digging into the side effects of her medications. That research led me down a path of uncovering the very real impact that processed food and chemicals have on our bodies.
For years, I had dismissed concerns about pesticides and artificial additives as overblown or “conspiracy talk.” But when I took a deeper look—at the chemicals used not only in our food but in our everyday products and surroundings—I couldn’t ignore the facts. And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist—I’m a realist. And one thing I’ve always believed is: you can’t argue with facts. Once I saw the connections, I knew I had to do something. Texas Stampede Meat was my response to that truth. It was built on faith and driven by a desire to help people see their food differently.
Our goal is simple: make clean, nutrient-dense meat more accessible. We’re working to partner with local restaurants to give more people healthier options outside the home. Fast and convenient food doesn’t have to be harmful—it just has to be made with better ingredients.
There’s a long road ahead, but we’re committed to making an impact. One meal at a time, we want to help families eat better, feel better, and live better. At the end of the day, it’s about faith, food, and changing lives. Let’s change the world—one plate at a time.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Houston for the very first time, I’d want to give her a true taste of what makes this city so special—a mix of the iconic and the unexpected. Houston’s diversity is what sets it apart, so we’d spend the week exploring everything from local gems to big-name landmarks, making sure each day offered something completely different.
Where we’d eat:
One of our first stops would be Anthonie’s Market Grill. It’s hands-down one of my favorite spots because it offers that rare combination of homegrown flavor, fresh vegetables, and a true farm-to-table feel. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to a meal that feels both indulgent and nourishing at the same time.
Where we’d drink:
For drinks and good vibes, we’d hit Lost & Found in Midtown. The energy is always on point, the drinks are creative, and it’s one of those places where you instantly feel like you’re in the heart of the city.
Where we’d visit:
Of course, we’d have to stop by NASA Johnson Space Center—because let’s be honest, you can’t come to Houston and skip one of the most iconic and inspiring attractions in the country. Whether you’re into space or not, the experience is unforgettable.
Where we’d hang out:
I’m not big on late nights out, but I do love a relaxing afternoon with a glass of wine in hand. For that, I’d take a drive out to Chapelton Vineyards. It’s a bit of a hidden gem—far from the fast pace of the city, with a calm, scenic atmosphere that lets you truly unwind. It’s the perfect contrast to Houston’s hustle and bustle, and it gives visitors a full picture of what Texas hospitality feels like.
Other must-dos:
If time allows, I’d sprinkle in a visit to the Museum District, take a stroll through Discovery Green, grab some good southern eats in Third Ward, and maybe catch a live show at The Rustic or House of Blues. And for a little shopping or browsing, The Heights always delivers with its local boutiques and vintage charm.
In the end, it wouldn’t just be about showing off the best of Houston—it would be about creating experiences that are meaningful, memorable, and uniquely Texan.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Wow—there are truly so many people who have played a role in this journey. First and foremost, all the glory goes to God. None of this would be possible without His guidance, grace, and provision.
My family also deserves a huge part of the credit. During the toughest moments—times when things felt uncertain or overwhelming—they were my anchor. Their unwavering support, constant encouragement, and faith-filled reminders helped me stay focused, grounded, and reminded of my “why.” There were days when quitting felt easier, but they never let me give up.
I’ve also been incredibly fortunate to receive support from fellow entrepreneurs who understand just how challenging the road to success can be. Connecting with others who’ve walked both the valleys and the mountaintops has given me the inspiration and motivation to keep going, even on the hard days.
And of course, a huge shoutout to my Rho crew! These ladies have been phenomenal—cheering me on, spreading the word about my business, and truly helping to keep things moving forward. I’m so proud to be part of such a dynamic and supportive group. Let’s RHO!
