We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica Garcia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erica, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Before I started my body contouring business, I was getting sessions done on myself. I was consistent with the appointments and followed the after care instructions that were given. I ABSOLUTELY loved my results. It made me feel better about myself and gained more confidence. If she was boosting my confidence, I can only imagine how many other people she was helping. I wanted to help other women/men like myself feel better about themselves. This is when I started doing more research on different services and training courses. Soon after, I enrolled in classes and started my journey in 2020.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
MV’s Body Contouring provides a service to help get rid of stubborn fat and tighten up loose skin. As a woman and the many struggles we all encounter with what we think should be our “dream body”, I have been passionate to find the most productive way to meet my own personal goals noninvasively. I fell in love with the process and the results and decided to share my discovery in hopes that others would be just as if not more satisfied than I was. Body contouring and helping others has become my passion. Being a small business, I don’t see others as just another client, I strive to learn each and everyone’s specific body goals and help them achieve those goals. Getting into this field has not been the easiest and some may think it only consisted of buying a machine. There is way more to it than that, you have to study and master techniques for the best results. I am still, to this day, learning and trying to better my skills by enrolling in new training courses and learning new techniques from some of the best Body Contouring professionals in the business today. MV’s is already a well-respected company in our field but we have just begun and have yet to reach our full potential. I love seeing a smile on someone’s face and helping provide them with a confidence boost, it is truly the most rewarding feeling in the world.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my husband, family and friends that have helped me with this new journey. They motivate me to not give up and keep going forward.
