We had the good fortune of connecting with Gerald Reed and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gerald, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Giving back – Ultimately as our brand continues to grow in States across the country and gain the traction that we always hoped for, the thought and process behind giving back to our community is the foremost thought in our mind. Recently we awarded two scholarships to students who attend the same University we attended and met at (Saint Augustines University, Raleigh NC).
Helping others is always the best practice once you find some level of success because it is those moments that truly give you the best feeling ever.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The mantra of Titan Protective Services is “Secured By The Best” and we stand by that 100%, our clients believe it as do our staff. Getting our business off the ground was not easy, it was actually a struggle that we have been blessed enough to look back and see that it was well worth the sacrifices made. We overcame the challenges of building and growing a business by staying grounded and continuing to rely on each other as we navigated through the unchartered waters of entrepreneurship.
We want the world to know that Titan Protective Services is not your typical security company. Although we offered the services that all other companies offer, we also offer to our clients a sense of family.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
That would depend on the location 🙂

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
It is our firm belief that all the credit for our success belongs to Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh NC. Although we are both natives of PG County, MD it was in Raleigh, where we met on campus and formed a bond that has been unbreakable to this day. The birth of Titan Protective Services LLC would not have happened if it had not been for the MIGHTY FALCONS!!!
