Hi Gili, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor in the success of Diamond Exchange Houston is customer satisfaction. Our goal at Diamond Exchange Houston is always to get our customers the biggest and nicest diamonds for their budget. We are not a normal jewelry store like you might see in a mall. Diamond Exchange Houston is a wholesale diamond dealer that customers can shop at and eliminate the middleman. We offer a large selection of loose diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, bracelets, and we also make custom jewelry. We are located in an office building and when customers come to shop with us they get a one-on-one experience where they can be educated about the diamonds that they are buying. Generally, most of the customers that we work with are somewhat educated in the diamond buying process because they have shopped and done comparisons online. When you work with Diamond Exchange Houston you get to compare loose diamonds side-by-side and see which one you like the most. Customers normally shop with us versus a regular jewelry store because of our unbeatable prices on loose diamonds and engagement rings. Another service that Diamond Exchange Houston excels at is diamond buying. When customers are in the market to sell their diamond jewelry it is often very hard to find a jewelry buyer that pays top cash on used jewelry. People call us every day to sell their unwanted diamonds and engagement rings. We are often the first stop for people that want to sell their jewelry because we come up at the top of Google. From our experience people typically think their jewelry is worth more than it really is either because of the price they originally paid or because of an inflated appraisal. It is our job to educate people on the true value of their jewelry without offending them :). That option is jewelry consignment. Jewelry consignment works well to get our customers maximum value when selling their jewelry, but the money is not immediate. It can often take weeks or even months to resell their diamonds, engagement rings, or jewelry. This option is best for customers that are not in a hurry for the money and are willing to wait for it to sell.

Diamond Exchange Houston is a wholesale diamond dealer that offers diamonds and engagement rings without the extremely high markups that are found at regular jewelry stores. I am originally from Isreal and I come from a family of diamond cutters and diamond dealers. In the past, I was more concentrated in the wholesale arena and typically only bought and sold from dealers and jewelry stores. With the opening of Diamond Exchange Houston, we are open to the public and allow customers to buy direct from a wholesale diamond dealer.
