We had the good fortune of connecting with Gina Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gina, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
The founder was a Disable U.S Marine Veteran and she said, “Us Marine love to drink, and my family loves to eat!” Her husband was a Chef and so they decided to infuse a cake for her office party and her family for the holidays. After those two events her co-workers, family and friends ordered over $20,000 worth of cakes between the months of October to December in 2011. Then the idea of opening their own bakery emerged in 2012. It has been a success and they have never looked back since, they continue to stay very humble and thankful to all who supports the dream and now growing business.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

Just for you to know I try to do 40 Pop-up a month to keep my little bakery going…

5 employees, 5 different places that sells my Bundt cakes, and a store front(bakery).

I just try to make sure everyone has a event to do and all of my events are paid up for that whole month.

Objective:

1) event paid for the month

2) tents & displays for each event’s

3) employees to work each event’s

4)makes 500 cakes for each event’s

We do tasting parties, private parties, corporate events, golf tournaments, fundraisers, grand openings, Pop-ups, festivals, house Parties, office parties, trail rides etc.

If you want to impress your boss, coworkers, sponsors, spouse, or friends, why not surprise them with their favorite liquor infused in a cake. We also offer DJ services and we always give out free samples of our infused cakes at every event we do. We also have a store front/bakery where we can host event’s at.

We would like to know how Bundt Cake-A-Holic Inc. can be apart of your next event or special day or be a vendor or come set up at your work place for free depending on what town or state you’re in.

We also wholesale all are cakes out as well.
