We had the good fortune of connecting with  Guzman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Giovanni and Cristian, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Wanting to do something I actually love doing while spending time with my brother/business partner. Both of us always been into shoes since we were kids.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We have shoes that haven’t releases in 5-10 even 20 years sometimes. When people come in my store they always see a shoe that reminds them of their childhood its always good seeing their reaction. We give shoe resellers a save environment to be able to either sell us their shoes or even trade us their shoes.

Selling shoes on the street can be dangerous sometimes so it’s way more convenient to walk in a store and sell them to us. We offer cash and store credit most of the time. We have some of the most exclusive shoes you’ll ever see!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Turkey Leg Hut is one of my favorite places to eat and drink. They have unique platters and drinks some are even shareable! Discovery Green if you just want to enjoy the ourdoors. Night Life either main street or washington street.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
All we ever wanted to do was make our family proud of us so for the most part our parents were the ones that gave us that push to follow our dreams. My dad been a business owner since I can ever remember. They came from Mexico with nothing and now live comfortably. We get our hustle from him forsure.
