We had the good fortune of connecting with Hayes Howard and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Hayes, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
The last year I worked at 3 music festivals and got hired as Studio Manager at a recording studio in Wimberley, TX, so music and work have fused together a lot and I’m very grateful for that.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I recently graduated college with a recording degree, so that’s gotten me some opportunities I’m very excited about. Now that I’m no longer focusing on school I’m prioritizing personal projects which I’ve been struggling to do for a while.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take them for breakfast at the IHOP, scrimmage at the local pitch, sushi, massage, end the night at the cemetery
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m very much indebted to my family, they’re my closest friends. My girlfriend is also, and so are some other people and I love them all deeply.
