We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeffrey Whitespeare and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeffrey, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
My end goal is to ensure the people that have joined me on my mission in RealEstate are financially free and able to bless others as often as they choose. At the end of my career, I see myself and my family living full time with the restraints of the world gone. We will love to the fullest while blessing as many other people as we can.

What should our readers know about your business?
Starting my second year of my career in real estate on a team, was a great choice looking back. I immediately was thrown into the real estate market and forced to learn the right way by putting the clients first, above all. My brand was maximized by leveraging my business using the eXp Real Estate Model. The training and collaboration they offer at eXp launched the second part of my career into new levels by using their technology and CRM systems to put my business on autopilot. We are mainly investor heavy on the transaction side and eXp allows us to leverage out the ins and outs of the deals to focus on finding new deals for our investors.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Houston is a city of many cultures and the people get to take full advantage of this! All kinds of restaurants and events all year round full of many cultures all living together in one big city! One of my favorite things to do is a long bike ride along the Bayou. Bayou is surrounded by scenery or downtown views mixed with all kinds of trees and trials. If I were new to houston I would emerge myself into the culture by attending all the events and eating at the many different restaurants houston has to offer.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I was intrigued by my sisters success in real estate and followed in her footsteps by starting in real estate at a young age. She was and still is, my mentor today. My first year in real estate in east Texas, I sold 12 homes. All for sale by owners. I moved to Houston to maximize my real estate footprint and was introduced to a rock star agent who quit his full time job at the bank to do real estate full time. Rene Sorola, still today, is a wealth of knowledge and force in the houston real estate market. He taught me most of what I still do today and without his influence, I wouldn’t be nearly as successful as I am today.
