We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Dawn Gabiola and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer Dawn, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
How does your business help the community or the world? My business helps the world by empowering quiet and sensitive souls to become undeniable impactful leaders. In a world with so much division and disconnection, we need more examples of leadership that embody deep empathy, sensitivity and emotional intelligence in order to create more unity and authentic human connections. Introverts, empaths and highly sensitive souls are blessed with these natural strengths. I love helping my clients unapologetically express their true essence through their magnetic brand presence and sacred style in order to make their greatest impact with their business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is that I help quiet and fierce introverts, empaths and highly sensitive leaders to make a big impact with their business. I take a holistic approach to branding and marketing to help my clients express the true essence of who they are from the inside out. I love supporting my clients through heart-centered strategy, exquisite design and soulful personal presence and style.

I am most proud of owning my power to authentically express the essence of who I AM through my sacred creative expression – my style. Style is so much more than a surface-level expression. It communicates the true essence of who you are from the inside out. Your style is your vibe, how you energetically move in the world.

As an introvert, I love that through my style, I make a statement without having to say a word. My presence and energy speak for itself. I’m excited about empowering more introverts, empaths and highly sensitive leaders to unapologetically own their powerful brand presence and style to make their big impact in their lives and businesses.

How I got to where I am business-wise was to let go of control and allow myself to trust the process and to be divinely led by God one faithful step at a time. I learned to trust in my intuition and creative process. I like to call my process the “Turtle Way.” I consistently take deliberate inspired steps forward in a way that honors my natural strengths, pace, energy and creative process as an introvert, empath and highly sensitive person.

It was not easy. I overcame my challenges by having faith that I was meant to receive the grace I needed to grow through each experience. Even though I didn’t know how to get through each challenge, I trusted that God would equip me with the strength, grace and wisdom I needed to expand into who I was meant to become.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way are to believe that you are already enough. You don’t need to perform or prove your self-worth by constantly being productive. You are not a robot, but an unconditionally loved and inherently valuable human being. You are here on this earth to enjoy who you are divinely born to BE. And fully expressing yourself in your life and business is truly your greatest act of service to humanity.

What I want the world to know about me, my brand and my story is that I am rare and sacred. I am 1 of 1. I am a creative expression of God’s love and beauty fully expressed. My story is my testimony. Every challenge I have gone through has helped me to become who I am today. I am more kind and empathetic because I understand the struggles of being quiet, shy, bullied and unaccepted growing up. I understand what it’s like to prove your self-worth as a workaholic, control freak and perfectionist. I understand how to manage the pain of living with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I understand the importance of managing your precious energy as an introverted, empathic and highly sensitive entrepreneur. I understand the physical, emotional and spiritual demands of being a caregiver. Everything I have gone through has shaped me, strengthened me and deepened my spirit. And I trust it’s all preparing me to continue stepping into my greatness and my destiny.

I’m so excited about the new ways I feel deeply inspired to support my clients including my “Sacred” embodied style program, 1:1 private coaching and “Master Your Energy. Master Your Impact” Masterclass. As well as my signature branding and marketing program, “Quiet Voice Big Impact.”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week-long trip, I would take her to my favorite spots around Houston. I absolutely love to eat, so we would go to my favorite restaurants. We would go to Cuchara which serves delicious authentic Mexican food. The best part of the meal would be my absolute favorite dessert, the 5 Leches! That’s right, not Tres Leches, but 5! It’s insanely good! Plus, the vibe at this restaurant is so fun and totally original with all the colorful wall murals.

Another spot we would go to is Heartbeet, an amazing plant-based restaurant. The food here is healthy and so delicious! We would get the flavorful “Poke” bowl. And for dessert, we’d get the chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. This chocolate chip cookie is the best I’ve ever had with all its gooey goodness!

And then we would have fun doing my absolute favorite thing to do – vintage shopping. We’d visit my favorite spots to discover stellar statement pieces at The Guild, The Cottage Shop and Leopard Lounge. I love finding unbelievable deals that look like a million bucks! We would also go to The Blue Hand to discover one-of-a-kind gifts and jewelry from all around the world.

Then, we’d relax and get pampered by getting a massage at my favorite place, Thai Healing Massage.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Who do you want to dedicate your shoutout to? And who deserves credit and recognition in your story? I want to dedicate my shoutout to God, my Dad, Mom, Brother and my Love, Dez. Without my faith in God, I could not have taken this entrepreneurial journey which has deeply transformed me and brought me back home to the true essence of who I AM. My Dad’s spirit gives me the courage every day to live my life fully and create a lasting legacy. My Mom’s unconditional love and kindness inspires me to always follow my heart. My brother’s commitment and strength gives me unwavering support. And my Love, Dez, helps me to bravely and powerfully express my truth through my soul-inspired business, divine purpose and God-given destiny.
