We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Gabriel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeremy, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my business with my brother Ridge Hardy, was to give a scene to the underground artist here in Houston, that don’t really get shine spotlight to preform, have their voice be heard, gain more fans, and also for the vendors we have had to have a spotlight on their businesses as well. At the end of the day it’s not about us it’s about the artist and vendors getting a bigger spotlight on them.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Besides throwing amazing concerts i also have two amazing podcast OneOnOneWithJerm and The Durag Report. I’m very proud of both podcast that are different with one being strictly underground artist from Houston interview based, and the other being Barbershop talk. Has it been easy no lol, as of late adulting has got in the way but it’s fun to get behind the mic and talk, it’s a therapy session in a sense. The lessons I’ve learned along the way is always have notes no matter what, learn the ins and outs of podcasting, learn how to edit videos and perfect your craft, have a great engineer to edit your podcast (shoutout my brother Kingsley) and just be you. The world will know about JGPNetwork OneOnOneWithJerm and The Durag Report the content we have on both is amazing, inspiring, real, and will make you laugh.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The entire city lol and I’m not playing, I’ve lived in Houston all my life and been all over the city, from Downtown, to the Woodlands there’s something to do in every part of this city, I guess that’s why everyone wants to move here lol. But this city has so many places to eat like Milo’s Hot Chicken, La Lucha, to Shipley’s donuts (only on Ella, and by NRG), to whataburger obviously lol, to taco trucks whatever you want we got.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Man the credit first off goes to God for giving me the vision I need to make this happen. Secondly my daughters for allowing my time also be giving to something daddy is building to one day leave to them and have them take over the business. Thirdly my family for all that they have done for me, and my daughters who continue to push and encourage me. My friends my business partner Ridge Hardy, my wonderful Girlfriend Tiffany, the list could go on and on
