We had the good fortune of connecting with Jojo Trumbly and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jojo, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
It took me awhile to finally decide on founding my own networking company. It was a collective thought process with the team that I had at the time. I really think that we all came together to take ownership of this network. I have always been raised with the responsibility to “give back” and given all that networking has done for my other business (Affordable Air Repair)…I really wanted to create this opportunity for other small business owners as well.
What should our readers know about your business?
What The NET Level Up Networking is most proud about is our pillars of networking which are building, growing and serving. Build yourself up as a professional entrepreneur and business owner. Surround yourself with people who strive to be the best they can be. The NET members work on topics such as: leadership skills, self discipline, mental health and team building. Grow with The NET with any kind of growing business support. Ask us about how we can help with: business management, networking skills, client relations and expanding your market. Serving our community is also a core value we have. Most successful businesses will tell you they could not have accomplished their goals without the help of their community. Members contribute by: volunteering, working with non – profits, hosting events and raising awareness.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Conroe, TX, I’d start with a day on Lake Conroe on a boat or jet ski, and lunch at Sam’s Boat. We’d explore Downtown Conroe, stopping by the Heritage Museum and grabbing dinner at The Red Brick Tavern for live music. A hike through W.G. Jones State Forest and end the day with a craft beer at B-52 Brewing.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to credit this shout out to “The Pillars”. The Pillars is The NET Level Up Networking’s board of directors who help run the everyday business. They consist of, Adrian Rojas with In Home Floors (Vice President), Robert Green with Greenlight Movers (CFO), MaryAnn Adams with Memory Making Vacations (New Member & Guest Director), Sarah Goedde with Lonestar Appliance Repair (Event Director), Deborah Inman with Paul the Plumber (Education Director), Brandy Williams with Excalibur Pest Control (Philanthropy Director) and Craig Williams with The Homeowners Show (Media Director).
