We had the good fortune of connecting with Josh Schwaiger and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Josh, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Our goal was to create something that our family and friends could be proud of. Your legacy is the long lasting impact you leave behind, we can only hope to be the half the example that was set out for us.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Our career paths have laid the foundation for where we are today, the experience and learnings are invaluable as you move into business for yourself. Nothing is ever easy, but humble beginnings keep us grounded. What we want most is to support those around us however we can and continue to grow our communities.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We are beer guys, and we think this city has an incredible brewing experience so we would start there naturally. We would visit our friends at Saint Arnold and Bad Astronaut for beer/food, and of course catch an Astros home game.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our family and friends deserve the credit, the unwavering support and encouragement are what keep us motivated and constantly improving.
