We had the good fortune of connecting with Josiah Jean and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Josiah, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued my professional wrestling career because it’s been my dream since i was a child. Many people give up on their childhood dreams due to either growing out of it or outside forces pulling them out of that dream. I never gave up on that dream so i wanted to go all in.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart from others is my drive, discipline, and consistency. With having those three components I am proud of how far I’ve come and the impact I’ve made and I’m excited about what’s next for me in the future. I got to where I am to day by always betting on myself. You miss one hundred percent of the shots you don’t take so I’m always shooting and if and when I miss I learn from those mistakes. Coming to Reality of wrestling catapulted my career more in ways I could have never imagined. I wouldn’t have went to reality of wrestling when I did if it wasn’t for professional wrestler Ninja Mack for giving me the push I needed to go to Reality of Wrestling. The journey was not and is not easy. Since walking through the doors of Reality of Wrestling I’ve told my self to “elevate and execute” in everything that I do. Meaning to complete every task at the highest level I can every time. The lesson I’ve learned so far that sticks out to me is that preparation is the only luck you are ever going to get so stay prepared. What I want people to know about the brand Josiah Jean is that it is authentically me and I want to be an inspiration to generations before and after me..

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to detonate my shoutout to the coaches and staff at Reality of Wrestling they have helped propel my wrestling career in more ways than one. An important figure since the beginning of my reality of wrestling career would be Kevin Bernhardt he has become a mentor of mine and looked out for me since the beginning. I would be remiss to not mention Booker T and Sharmell Huffman the founders of Reality of Wrestling. Booker T was the first wrestler I remember seeing and made me believe it was possible to become something in the professional wrestling industry.
