We had the good fortune of connecting with Jr Morales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jr, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Hi, I have been under Optical Creation for a few years now, and although it’s been a great run, we have ran by many concepts. After great experience with the market, we have realized that branding in the root to everything, branding should be the initiative for any company or business that is attempting to grow, especially with all the resources that we have available today.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I would say that I consider myself a creator, I live to learn new stuff everyday, I would say that it has turned in to a habit, to learn new stuff. I have made it a goal to be better then the day before which has helped me a lot in the idea that one shouldn’t slow down. I would like to spread the message to get yourself out and try new things. You will never experience life with out doing that.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If some one were to come visit the local area I would definitely start the day off with a good cup of coffee, from there I would go around and show them the things that make the city; our city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a big shoutout to Gary Vaynerchuk, a great motivational speaker and influencer that has definitely taught me a lot via he social media.
