Hi Judith, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Having a good work-life balance is very important. It’s crucial for your career or business to find that sweet spot where you can manage both work and personal life effectively.

When we’re emotionally and physically well, we can perform better at work. I know it can be challenging for business owners, but I truly believe that there’s always a chance to dedicate some time each day to your own health and family.

Prioritizing a few hours for yourself can make a big difference in how you feel and how well you can handle everything else. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance ultimately leads to increased satisfaction, reduced stress levels, and better overall health.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Chic Allie is not just a beauty brand; it’s a heartfelt endeavor dedicated to supporting women facing cancer. We take immense pride in our vegan, cruelty-free, and innovative products. Our mission goes beyond external beauty; we deeply care about women’s health, mental well-being, and professional growth. I am incredibly proud of Chic Allie for its multifaceted approach to supporting women in various ways.

Launching Chic Allie was a journey that required perseverance and determination as I balanced my time between work and family commitments. However, with the unwavering support of my husband, I was able to carve out precious moments to dedicate to the brand. The idea of Chic Allie started from my desire to create a beauty business while simultaneously making a positive impact in the lives of women battling cancer.

The personal motivation behind this endeavor comes from my mother’s battle with leukemia. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges and hardships of such a devastating disease, I was inspired to channel my efforts into something meaningful. Knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of women like my mother brings me profound joy and satisfaction. Her happiness, knowing that I am pursuing this with genuine intentions to help others, fuels my determination to continue supporting those in need.

At Chic Allie, we strive to be more than just a beauty brand. We aim to be a beacon of hope, compassion, and empowerment for women navigating through difficult times. With every product we create and every initiative we undertake, we are driven by the belief that beauty encompasses not only external appearances but also the overall well-being and resilience of every woman we touch.
