We had the good fortune of connecting with Justin Carmouche and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Justin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my competitiveness. I am always trying to better myself in every aspect of my life. When I achieve one of my goals, I move forward to the next and think about how I can reach beyond this goal.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Real Estate Agent, I got to where I am today with being resourceful and innovative thinking as well as with the help and guidance of my mentor Andrea Tran. It was not easy to get here but thankfully I have supportive friends and family that keep me motivated and help me brainstorm and talk things out.
Some of the things that I have learned along the way are that working for yourself is not easy. You go from a set schedule to a 24/7 job and responsibility, and in order to achieve what you want you have to be willing to go through the storm.
What I want the world to know about me if that I work! I can say that 100% if my clients that have worked with me have been pleased and received the out come that they’ve wanted. This being largely because I put in the work to know what each client needs as well as I don’t stop until I get it for them.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The blessing about being from a city like a Houston is that there are so many options for you to go and have a good time. Everyone who knows me knows that my favorite spot to go to would be Lost and Found the food and drinks there are amazing, from there if you want a fun night with good drinks and music I’ll be at Parma with a section with either Gabby or Tera. Those are my top Go-To spots if you want a good time. Some other places would be like Kamp, Mr.X, Bar 5015, Belle Station, and Clutch bar. All places have times where they are chill and times where you can really have fun!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I definitely want to shout out my parents, Dr. Renee Gentle, my friends who support my business and my mentor Andrea Tran.
