We had the good fortune of connecting with KBT Mowing, LLC and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi KBT Mowing, LLC, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
With Kevin having extensive experience with lawn care and wanting to really take control of our future we wanted to become business owners. We wanted th ability to control our work, our income and our time. Even with knowing the work that you have to put in to run a business, we knew it was something we wanted to do.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We are a veteran owned lawn care service team offering quality lawn care. We treat your yard as if it is our own and make sure we leave it better than when we arrived. What sets us apart from others is our open communication and consistency. We are willing to listen to your needs and execute, fix any issues, and make you feel confident in how we are treating your yard. We are reliable and trustworthy, and if we wouldn’t want it done to our own yard we won’t do it to yours. As team we bring attention to detail along with efficiency.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would take them to some of the best eateries in the Houston area. We especially love Sushi Moshi in League City. And we would visit The Dugout in Katy for some competitive fun. There is so much to see in Houston it would be hard, but we would definitely make time for hose stops.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to shout out each other, Kevin an Benita, for being supportive of each other through starting this business. Working together is how we met and we chose to continue doing so because we both have the type of work ethic we are proud of. We support and help each other anyway we can and we appreciate each other for it.
