We had the good fortune of connecting with LaShanna Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi LaShanna, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Woo! The most important factor behind my success is the formula of a great education, a love for people and efficient proven methods.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is a calling of health and well-being. The name of my wellness practice is LaShanna Leonard Moore Wellness. The motto is “Eat Well, Think Well, Live Well”. I have an awesome podcast called The Well Life that enriches women’s lives throughout the nation. I work with women in maximizing their health and lifestyle through nutrition, holistic health methods and counseling. My presence in this work comes as a result of my own personal story to healing and wholeness. I believe that my personal experiences have kept me passionate, humble and constantly hungry for the consistent and ever-evolving work and research. I would like the world to know that there are ethical, caring and effective practitioners that seek to help you live a happy and abundant life. I would like for people to know that my approach to health and healing is personal and personalized.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Woowee this sounds like fun! Ok so let’s pretend that quarantining does not exist and we are free to roam the city. Here are a few of my favorite spots: 1. The Culver City stairs- on a beautiful day when a workout is needed you can catch us here 2. Our eateries will include Mizlala for some fun Greek tasties and Pitfire Artisan Pizza in Manhattan Beach followed by Gelato & Angels. 3. The beaches are an absolute must- Redondo, Manhattan and Venice Beach. 4. We’ll hit up LA Fashion District and some shopping or window shopping in Santa Monica. 5. For a fun plush outdoor time we will head over to Skybar LA in West Hollywood.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shout out my dear mother who was my first educator, Dorothy Ellis-Leonard. I would like to shout out the American Natural Wellness Practitioners Board. I would like to shout out my husband, family and tribe for their love and support throughout my career.
