We had the good fortune of connecting with Laura Morán Iglesias and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I still feel like I’m at the starting point of my career, although I’ve been a published author for seven years. It has not been easy. There has been disappointment, failures and heartache. There were moments when I wanted to give up, but I never did because writing is who I am. I adapted to the circumstances, i shifted expectations and kept going. I still keep going.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love my city! I came to Murcia to study and fell in love with everything here. I love taking people to see its beauty. The Cathedral it’s a must, because it’s amazing! I also love taking them to my favourite place to it, a really nice burger restaurant called FBI which has amazing, award-winning burgers!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
