Hi Lina Paola, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Risk…., If you don’t risk anything in life, you will not succeed, it’s that simple. Think about it, we take risks everyday by stepping out of our homes, why not take them in our career or business? Why are we so afraid of failure. One thing I do know is that every risk I have taken I do not regret. Even if they were not all successful, I have learned something new from it. Just by going through that situation, I have taken a step ahead. Risks are very important to me, especially in the HVAC Field. They say only those that take risk will find out how far they can go.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Ava’s Air Conditioning and Heating LLC, services Residential and Commercial HVAC all over Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. We offer from Service to Replacements, Maintenance, Duct Replacements, Duct Cleaning, Drier Vent Cleaning, Water Heaters, Generators, Mini Splits, you name it. We are a family owned business, therefore we strive to give exceptional customer service. You become part of our family, we offer Military, Veterans, Teacher, Senior Citizen Discount. We love helping our community in any way possible. I’m most definitely proud of where Ava’s is today, I have so many plans for us that I look forward to sharing soon. Lessons I have learned is that you can not please everyone, and it is okay. There’s always going to be obstacles with every business, but you will over come them. I’m looking forward to everything new that is coming and to serving my people for many years.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m such a homebody, but I’m a simple girl. We would go get an old fashioned anywhere, a winery, or drive to Austin which I love. There’s always my farmhouse which I love to hang out at when I have free time. I always say the best memories are made doing the simplest things.

My Success and credit will always be to God, Without him none of this would be possible. To my Three beautiful daughters, that are my motivation, my strive, my strength, my energy to become better and better day by day. Alexa, Valentina and Aaliyah, My Ava’s.
