Hi Lingyan, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is quality, good quality of desserts are able to draw more customers. The influence of reputation of a brand can raise a business or eliminate a business. Doing a business with focusing on quality control on products can significantly bring more sales and revenue to business and enhance to a new level in the long term.
What should our readers know about your business?
I started my business as a small bakery shop where only me and my husband ran it everyday back in 2017. Nowadays, I grew my business to a medium dessert shop with more than 10 employees and more than 20 distributors in town. My brand started as a small cake account among friends, to be a local significant dessert shop in town. The biggest challenge was how to expand my brand and product to more customers back in 2017, the key turns out to be quality. I maintained the high quality of my desserts, so that I had more and more return customers, these return customers brought me more new customers. Under this positive cycle, with the time passes, my sales grew exponentially.
