Hi Maggie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is a blend of personalized service, market expertise, and dedication to my clients. I believe in truly listening to each client’s needs and guiding them through every step of the real estate process with care and transparency. My deep understanding of the local market allows me to provide valuable insights, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals. I’m also committed to staying adaptable and leveraging the latest technology and marketing strategies to ensure the best outcomes. Over time, my reputation for reliability, hard work, and exceptional service has led to strong client relationships and a steady stream of referrals, which has played a huge role in the success of my brand.

My career in real estate began with a passion for helping others, but it wasn’t without its challenges. When I first entered the industry, I was pregnant with twins and had to balance the demands of a new career with motherhood. It was a tough time, but I quickly learned the importance of resilience, time management, and staying focused on my goals. Despite the struggles, I fell in love with real estate and became determined to build a career that would support my family while allowing me to do what I’m passionate about.
What sets me apart from others is my client-first approach. I take the time to listen and understand each client’s needs and goals, providing a personalized experience that makes the process smoother and more rewarding for them.
I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years—many of whom return to me for future transactions or refer their friends and family. I’m also excited about the growth of my team, which includes my mom and husband. Together, we’re able to offer a level of service that makes our clients feel like family.
The road to success wasn’t easy, especially in the beginning when I was pregnant with twins and navigating the demands of a new career. But those early struggles taught me invaluable lessons in perseverance, patience, and the importance of a strong support system. Today, I look back at those challenges as the driving force that made me stronger and more determined to succeed.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success takes time, consistency, and a lot of hard work. I’ve also learned the importance of balancing personal and professional life, especially as a working mom, and the value of leaning on your support system when things get tough. My brand is built on trust, integrity, and a genuine desire to help my clients achieve their real estate dreams. I’m proud of the business I’ve built and look forward to continuing to serve my community with the same passion and commitment that helped me get here.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I’d want to show them the best time possible, combining relaxation, adventure, great food, and plenty of local flavor. On Day 1, we’d ease into the week with a cozy lunch at a farm-to-table restaurant, followed by a walk on the beach and a casual dinner at a local wine bar. Day 2 would be all about exploring local culture—hitting up the farmer’s market, checking out art galleries, and grabbing a delicious lunch from a food truck. We’d spend Day 3 outdoors, maybe hiking or kayaking in the morning, followed by a brewery lunch and a scenic boat tour.
On Day 4, we’d dive into history with a visit to local landmarks, followed by a charming dinner in a historic district. A day trip to a nearby town or vineyard would make Day 5 extra special. By Day 6, we’d focus on relaxation—starting with a spa morning, followed by shopping and a delicious seafood dinner. The week would end with a laid-back farewell brunch and a last visit to one of the area’s beautiful spots before my friend heads home.
What makes this place so special is its blend of natural beauty, rich history, and incredible food scene. I’d want my friend to experience it all—after all, there’s no better way to truly get to know an area than through its people, its food, and its stories.

I’m beyond grateful to have such an incredible team behind me—none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of my mom, my husband, and the entire team. My mom brings invaluable organizational skills, wisdom, and a heart for helping others, while my husband is the backbone of our operations, always ensuring everything runs smoothly. Together, with the help of our amazing team, we’re able to provide the best possible service to our clients.
