Hi Marquis, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted to create financial freedom for myself and family. I always been a creator and knew one day I wanted to own a business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am founder the HipHopstreets Livestream App. HipHopStreets is the new artist development platform for underground artists. We are a marketing platform designed to help artists increase their music visibility and reach more people. You can Download our free music app on your mobile devices..

I am most proud of helping others reach their goals.

Thanks to my Texas Southern University School of Business Degree I was able to build a good business structure.

This was not an easy task at all and many obstacles and challenges. I just believe in myself unapologetic and when my mind is made up nothing can stop me. Key lessons I learned I learned is that not everyone will finish the race with you and you can’t waste energy or time on them and stay focus on the vision.

I want the HipHopstreets Free Livestream App to be in the phones are everyone across the world. I want the world to know that I was very resilient, resourceful, prayerful and a black man that overcame the odds to build a world-wide tech company.. HipHopstreets is empowering the culture through Hip Hop..

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When visiting Houston I would say explore the many restaurants. When hanging out be sure to visit the 3rd Ward Bars and Clubs.
